Pedro Lemos has a Degree in Engineering. But this is not why his talent is recognized for. He turned to cooking, after having learned with Castro e Silva, Hélio Loureiro and Aimée Barroyer, as a chef at Quinta da Romaneira. Almost instantaneously, he opened his homonymous restaurant, considered a true success. The chef was classified by Matt Kramer, of «Wine Spectator», as Oporto’s best chef and was chosen, along with Geoge Mendes and Rui Correia, for the 10th of July commemorations in New York. Pedro Lemos is now totally focused in his first restaurant, in Oporto, which has received   its first Michelin star from the prestigious Michelin Guide. His new project is «Stash – the sandwish room», a sandwich business in Oporto’s downtown.
